Mystery bags, preorders, sale items, and special releases are final sale/no returns. We accept items for exchange credit refund within 3 days of your shipment being delivered to your home. They must be in resellable condition (unworn, unwashed, tags attached with no odors/stains). You are responsible for notifying us of the exchange and shipping the item back to me. We will notify you when it has arrived and the amount of your exchange/refund. Please note: all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
